Philadelphia

Bryan had to travel to Atlantic City for work, and after they were done with business they decided to do a little sight seeing in Philadelphia (which is where they were flying out of the next day.)  Unfortunately it was late enough in the evening that most things were closed, but he did get to peek in the window to see the Liberty Bell...

...and Benjamin Franklin's grave...
...the U.S. Mint...
...and of course he found the "Rocky" steps and ran all the way to the top.

Easter 2014

We had our usual fun Easter this year.  We enjoyed the egg hunt at Gma & Gpa Terry's house.  Bree seemed to understand more about how to look for eggs...in the past we've had to show her every one and remind her to pick them up, but this year she seemed to get it.  And it was lucky that she only had to compete with one cousin, Noah, since there is a section of the yard for just those 2 smallest grandkids.

Miles and Tess got a lot of good treats too.  Here's Miles with his cousins Annika and Matthew.
And Tess even found the one in the hammock chair.

The kids looked so nice in their new Easter Sunday clothes.  The sun was too bright for good pictures though, they were dying trying to look up into the camera.
Here's bamatamb in our Sunday best, after church (Bryan had already ditched the tie...)
And, I'm a slacker mom who never seems to remember to dye eggs before Easter!  So here are the kiddos dying their eggs two days later.  Oops.  Oh well, still fun, right?
