Random November stuff: Bree has a new trick that she loves to do (and the little hand- and footprints on my wall are proof of how often she does it!)
Bryan sent me this picture with the caption "needs new jammies!" I'll admit that even though the kids get new jammies each Christmas, I don't really buy jammies for them through the year. So the kids' jammies options are pretty slim. Needless to say, we passed these jammie pants on to Bree! (They are size 5/6!)Bree is a little sign maker. I love her creations. This was outside her door the other day:
...and when I flipped it over I found:
I'm so glad we are welcome!! :)
Here's another cute Bree creation. She made a little comic strip about Miles. I love her pictures and her sweet thoughts. Click on the picture to make it bigger, but if you can't read it, it says: Miles! So sille! (silly), likes to play with friends, likes to play Wii, he likes green, I love Miles!
We came across these cool dollar-store glasses. Tess loves hers and has even worn them to school for fun. I haven't worn mine other than to take this picture. Ha!
Tess had her Evening of Excellence for Young Women. Here are the girls from our ward singing a song for us...
...and Tess by her display table of things she has worked on this year for Personal Progress. She sewed a cute little monster/pillow/stuffed animal to donate to Primary Children's hospital, and she displayed her volleyball uniform and her piano book, along with some of her tools she uses for jewelry making. She is a talented gal!
Bryan had a service project/bonfire for Young Men. They helped cut down and gather overgrown tree limbs from a house in our ward and then had a bonfire with hot dogs and S'mores. They had a great night.
And finally, our kids are on a "slow-mo" video CRAZE! They are asking me to take slow-mo videos of everything! Cartwheels, knocking down block towers, throwing cups of water across the lawn, etc! I have so many dumb slow-mo videos on my phone! But this one is actually pretty good; hopefully you can get it to play. It is of Bryan pulling Bree's loose tooth. You can see the tooth go flying and then the look on Bree's face is priceless.
