We've had a great summer, but it's time to be back at school! Here are our first day pics.
(You know that old annoying song "This is the Song That Never Ends".... well that's what I think of when I see these pictures year after year but it's "This is the Tree That Never Grows"). We definitely planted the wrong type of tree. I was picturing a nice round fluffy shade tree in our front yard. Instead we have a green corn dog.
Tess is in 5th grade with Mrs. Anderson.
Miles is in 2nd grade, Spanish immersion with Sra. Huerta...

Bree was spared the green-corn-dog-tree-first-day-of-school-picture because her school is at noon and the sun was too bright in her eyes.
Bree goes to Wisebird Preschool with Teacher Julie.
Here's to a great year for everyone! (I'm starting my gig as PTA President for two years, so I'll be at the school quite a bit myself. I'm excited and nervous.)
