New Blooms

I cannot believe what a mild winter we are having!  I can totally get used to this.  We haven't had too many bad inversions and the temperatures are so mild, yet it seems like the mountains are still getting enough snow for this summer's water levels (I hope.)  Anyway, the other morning I was outside and lookie what I found:
My crocuses are blooming!  In February!
My pansies are blooming!  February in Utah!
I also have daffodils coming up, although none with blooms yet.  I hope they'll wait a bit longer because I think we still have some snowstorms ahead.

In other news, Bree's hair is thick enough to do 2 top piggies!  Squee!  I sure think she's awfully cute.  This first one is pretty wild...

I tried to tame the piggies a bit in this one.  Also cute.

What a cutie! You are so lucky to have a baby girl with hair. I am sorry to read about your unfortunate encounters with a confidence challenged aid. Good thing your actual surgeon seems more than competent. Good luck with everything, we will be thinking about you on the 23rd!
