Bree and I tagged along with Miles's preschool class for their field trip to the Ogden Nature Center. It was a beautiful day and it was a lot of fun to be outside. They took the kids all around to hunt for the many colors we see in nature (they gave the kids paint chip cards to see what they could find that would match. Miles had brown, so his was pretty dang easy.) We saw lots of birds, including a mama goose on her nest full of eggs! (Also a bald eagle, golden eagle, owls, pelicans, and turkeys.) They had snakes and big spiders too. The kids also got to plant some wildflower seeds in a little container. Miles's favorite part was running up and down a big hill. Isn't it funny that we take our kids to these places with neat things to see and they almost always love the most simple, basic things, like playing on a hill? Ah, kids are awesome!

| These turkeys were gobbling like crazy! Here's Miles with his best friend Gabe. |

| While Miles loved the hill, Bree LOVED walking thru this tunnel, over and over again. |
