It's not summer if we don't spend a weekend up Blacksmith Fork Canyon! We happened to take our trip this year on my birthday! The secret is out and it is getting harder and harder to find a spot to camp, dang it. Each year, we creep up a little bit higher into the canyon before we find a spot. But, it is such a beautiful place that almost every spot is a good spot. This spot was nice and quiet with not a lot of four-wheeler traffic but unfortunately it was not a good spot for the zipline. Bryan could never quite get it set up in a way that was fun and safe. We did, however, bring our new hammocks and they were a hit. Of course we spent plenty of time riding, playing games, and sitting by the fire too.
