Hooper Wildlife

We have lots of little snakes in the lawn (or maybe it's just one snake who likes to travel all over our lawn?)  I see one every time I mow the grass.  They are small and harmless and the kids like to catch and hold them.

We also have a farmer up the street who is a hoarder.  Like really.  It's an older couple and the husband passed away a few years ago.  The wife doesn't want to get rid of anything, but she can't really take care of things properly either.  It's kind of a sad situation.  Anyway, the whole place is in disrepair.  Including, apparently, the perimeter fences.  Look what we saw in our neighbors' front yard this afternoon?  Ha ha!
Bryan and Kyle tried to herd them back up the street into their pasture.  Here is the "fence."  It is just a bunch of stuff, tied together with bailing twine.
And the kind cows did leave several souvenirs for the neighbors to remember them by.  They're considerate like that.
